1Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, accessing, or registering on the QuantumAI website (https://quantumaischools.com), submitting an inquiry form, or logging into the Student Learning Portal, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable academic code of conduct.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

2Academic Programs & Admissions

QuantumAI provides classroom, live online, and hybrid cohorts in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Full Stack Engineering, Cloud Computing, and related technical domains at our Gurugram Campus (Sector 14) and online learning environments.

• Admission into batches is subject to eligibility criteria, seat availability, and counselor evaluation.
• Batch schedules, project timelines, and mentorship sessions may be optimized periodically to align with industry requirements.
• QuantumAI reserves the right to withdraw or reschedule any batch with prior notice to enrolled learners.

3Student Account & Google One-Click Authentication

Learners can register and log in seamlessly via official Google One-Tap / Google Sign-In or their student roll numbers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All course content, including slide decks, project source code, lab repositories, video recordings, study guides, and brand trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of QuantumAI Schools.

• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your personal educational use only.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, screen-recording, public streaming, or reselling of QuantumAI course materials is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

5Code of Conduct & Academic Integrity

All students must maintain a standard of professional conduct during classroom lectures, laboratory sessions, online breakout rooms, and community forums.

Plagiarism in capstone projects, harassment of peers or faculty, disruptive behavior, or malicious cyber activity will result in immediate termination of portal access and forfeiture of certifications without refund.

6Placement Assistance & Career Services Policy

QuantumAI provides career mentorship, resume building, mock interviews, and direct hiring partner referrals to eligible candidates who meet academic prerequisites:

• Minimum 85% attendance across scheduled batch sessions.
• Successful submission and review of all mandatory project assignments & capstone evaluations.
• Active participation in technical and soft-skill interview preparation modules.

7Fees, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Course fees must be settled as per the mutually agreed payment schedule prior to batch commencement. Any applicable registration fees, demo guarantees, or refund provisions are strictly governed by the written enrollment agreement provided at the time of admission.

8Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall QuantumAI or its instructors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
